Perinatal Counselling & Support
Pregnancy and the months after birth can bring huge change — physically, emotionally, and in your sense of self. For some people it's a joyful time; for others it can feel unexpectedly overwhelming. Perinatal counselling offers a calm, confidential space to talk honestly about what you're going through, without judgement.
You might be struggling with anxiety, low mood, panic, intrusive thoughts, birth trauma, loss (miscarriage or stillbirth), fertility-related stress, a difficult feeding or sleep experience, relationship strain, or simply feeling "not like yourself" since becoming a parent. You don't need to be at breaking point to reach out. Together, we'll slow things down, make sense of what's happening, and build practical ways to help you feel steadier and more supported — at your pace.
Sessions are available in-person in Dún Laoghaire / South Dublin and online.
