Therapy Sessions & Fees

In-person Therapy / Online Therapy

€80 per session

Sessions last 50 minutes and are offered on a weekly or fortnightly basis at a consistent time.

In-person sessions take place in my private clinic in Patrick Street, Dún Laoghaire / South Dublin.
Online therapy offers a flexible and convenient alternative and is conducted in the same way as face-to-face sessions, from the comfort of your home or office anywhere in the world. 

Insurance Cover

Most health insurance providers cover some or all mental health consultations, depending on your policy.
Receipts are provided after each session.
